Work Orders at FVB

If you need something fixed in your condo (simple examples are light bulbs replaced, a water leak, a dishwasher, microwave, or washing machine problem) in order to get it fixed, a Work Order has to be generated.

The easiest way to get this done is to call Maintenance at 484-288-2626, and either explain the problem, or leave a message. Don't neglect to leave your full name, condo number, your phone number, a statement of the problem, and the date and time of your call. A Work Order will be generated to get things rolling. Alternatively, you can send an email message to workorders@fvbrandywine.com with all of the relevant information.

If your problem is an absolute immediate emergency, call the front desk at 610-383-5100, and they will contact someone to do something about it.

Are you unable to unlock your condo door with your fob?

Do you get flashing red and green lights as shown in the video below?

You probably need new batteries installed in your door lock.

Call maintenance at 484-288-2626 and report the problem.

They will have it fixed.
